Procedures of a typical contract:


STEP 1: Consultation

Visit the worksite to assess the project. Provide feedback and advice to Client. Establish mutual understanding of timeline and other expectations.


STEP 2: Contract

Based on the data collected, provide an estimate to enter contract with Client. Estimate includes detailed cost breakdown of materials, labor, machinery, and administrative overhead.


STEP 3: Execution

Dispatch a customized team to perform the work according to the contract.  Keep Client informed of progress at the end of each work day.  Maintain schedule and report any unexpected obstacle.


STEP 4: Quality Control

Inspect project to ensure all expectations are met.  Take any necessary corrective action.  Project is finished only when Client is satisfied with the quality.

Three Friends

TSL started with three friends:


T, Jacky is a businessman with a strong emphasis on service.  He believes every client's needs must be meticulously assessed and understood.  Only then, can projects be completed to full satisfaction.


S, Scott is an alumni from University of Maryland with a degree in engineering.  With a passion in science, he believes a successful company must integrate current technology to adapt and compete in a rapidly evolving society.


L, Tianzhu is a master tradesman in construction with over 20 years of experience.  He is patient, precise, and takes pride in quality.  His favorite quote - "Excellence is the result of hard work, loyalty, and persistence."
